Japan Embassy in Thailand by The Ambassador had presented a van with lift for wheelchair on the occasion of 48 years of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on 25 July 2003 to Thongyoo Cheshire Home – Chiangmai Province where Mr. Parinya Panthong, the Deputy Provincial Governor had presided over the delivery ceremony from the Japanese Ambassador.
